Terms of Admission

To submit your admission to English Playschool Moscow, you will need:

• Registration form
• A copy of your child’s birth certificate
• Copies of parents’/caregivers’ passports

Due to the Federal Law “About health and disease control of the population” we kindly ask you to bring the following documents for the children who start or keep attending our School in 2022/2023:

1. a copy of the medical policy,
2. a copy of the vaccination record.

For admission to a kindergarten or school it is desirable to issue a child health card, form “026у”. This card includes visiting:

1. a surgeon,
2. an otolaryngologist,
3. a dentist,
4. a speech therapist,
5. a neuropathologist,
6. a psychiatrist,
7. a dermatologist,
8. an optician.

There are tests that are mandatory for attending our school:

1. general blood test,
2. stool analysis,
3. general urine analysis,
4. scraping for enterobiasis,
5. certificate from a pediatrician for attending a nursery.
