Physical Education

My name is Polina and I am proud to present myself as a PE teacher in English Playschool Moscow.

I studied a Bachelor and Master course of  Physical Education  (modern pentathlon trainer) and sport Anthropology at the Russian State university of PE. Then I graduated from Moscow State University with full-time postgraduate degree in Sport anthropology. I have scientific publications and working on my Ph.D. thesis in the field of human sport anthropology.

I have been working in sports education since 2013. I started my career in Moscow international camp “Robin Hood” as the trainer and the head of Horse-riding department for 5 years.

I have been riding horses since I was 6 years old.  I have 1st sport rank and I am the world champion in youth 2007, the champion of Moscow and Russia 2008-2011.  Now I have two horses and several student athletes.

At the moment I am also a physical education teacher in kindergarten and elementary school.  I have been coaching in two languages ​​(Russian and English) since 2017.

I am therefore proud to present myself as the teacher of EPS Moscow. I want to share my path to sport and my knowledge in this sphere to make a great desire and motivation for kids to have a good health and best education.
